Members of the Young Lawyer Section account for the vast majority
of the Maryland State Bar Association, typically around 5,000 members.
You are qualified to be a member of the YLS if you: (i) are a Member
of the MSBA; (ii) you are either less than
37 years of age at the commencement of the Bar year, or you have been
a licensed lawyer for less than 3 years; and (iii) you pay dues, which
are $10 per year.
