This Section produced several webinars, including
"Removing the Mystery: Damages in Intellectual Property
Disputes"; "Counterfeiting”; “Patenting Biotech Sequences:
What’s Happened and What to Do Now"; and "Protecting
Your Client's Business Interests." It continued to publish its
online newsletter, distributed its Annual IP Law Update on
DVD, contributed an article to the January 2010 Maryland
Bar Journal on the economy, coordinated submission of
articles to the March 2010 issue of the Bar Bulletin and
assisted with the May 2010 issue of the Maryland Bar
Journal. The Section completed its own stand-alone website,
featuring an original logo design and layout, enhanced search
and navigation functionality and content and podcasts from
its educational programs and has publications available for
download to its members. It will present an educational
program on "Legal Issues in Social Networking" at the
MSBA Annual Meeting. |
