Section Council Appointment Procedure
The Section has a nominating committee appointed
by the Chair, which presently consists of the current officers and such past
chairs. It solicits nominations for positions from members of the Council and
tries to include a cross -section of people as members of the Council, i.e.,
large and small firms, women and minorities, and age and geographic diversity.
